Come Join us for a Nature Hike at Cedar Ridge Preserves on 3/24!

We will honor the arrival of a brand new season by honoring mother nature, and the beauty of all the elements.  

Let's get together, to move, to reflect, to recharge, and to set powerful NEW intentions together.

We will meet at 9:30am sharp for a nice hike. The hike will be roughly 2.5 hours. We will then do some intuitive stretching at the end of our hike.  Then close with an empowering message to get us ready for the new season!
